This is a shared house, each floor is completely private, however, excessive noise can really disturb others and take away from their experience. Welcome to LaLa’s Beach House – Third Floor Studio 🌅 You’ll be staying in the top-floor studio of a charming 3-story beach house, thoughtfully designed to give each guest both comfort and privacy. This space is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or those looking for a peaceful getaway just steps from the beach. 🔹 This listing is for the third floor studio 🔹 There are separate units on the 1st and 2nd floors, which may be rented individually or together under a different listing 🔹 Each floor has its own private entrance and dedicated parking area, so there’s no need to share entryways or common indoor space 🚪 You’ll enjoy private access to your entire studio, including a cozy sleeping area, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and your own dedicated parking spot. The space is completely yours for the duration of your stay. 🚪 Additional Note on Access: The primary way to access the third-floor studio is by elevator, offering convenient entry — especially for guests with luggage. Once inside, guests are also welcome to use the rear staircase if preferred. 🔔 As this is the top unit, you won’t have any guests above you, but please be aware that other guests may be staying on the floors below. While we ask everyone to be respectful of noise levels, some normal household sounds may be present. If you ever experience anything excessive or disruptive, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll respond promptly to ensure your comfort. 🌴 Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore New Smyrna’s vibrant culture, or just enjoy some time away, you’ll have everything you need right here in your private retreat.
