This is a shared house, each floor is completely private, however, excessive noise can really disturb others and take away from their experience. This is the top-floor unit of a three-story beach house at 816 Ocean Ave. The first and second floors are rented separately. No shared indoor spaces — each unit has a private entrance and parking. Some sounds may carry through the building. Message us if anything feels off. Beach gear is provided as a courtesy: chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Rinse off sand and saltwater before returning them. Message us if anything needs attention. Need more room? The full house sleeps 12 and gives the whole group the entire building. The Beach Escape (two floors, four bedrooms) sleeps 8. Ask us about availability.
