LaLa's Beach House
The original LaLa's unit, top floor of a three-story beach house across the street from the sand and a short walk to Flagler Avenue dining and shops. Ride up in your own private elevator (the only one in the house) or take the back stairs. King bedroom, a second sleeping room with a full bed set up as a pass-through off the main room, and a clawfoot soaking tub. Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, no full kitchen. A patio for morning coffee. Pet friendly, sleeps 3.

Inside: 1 large studio with quality linens and good beds, a fully equipped kitchenette , a comfortable living area, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Pet-friendly. Bring the dog — just keep them leashed outside and clean up behind them. The elevator makes coming and going with a dog easier than at most multi-floor rentals. 816 Ocean Ave is across the street from the sand. Flagler Avenue's restaurants, shops, and nightlife are a short walk away — The Garlic, Norwood's Treehouse, surf rentals, and the rest of what makes New Smyrna Beach worth the trip. Drive-on beach access around the corner for anyone who wants to skip the walk. Short drive to Smyrna Dunes Park, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Canaveral National Seashore. Walk to the sand. Walk to dinner. Bring the dog.

This is a shared house, each floor is completely private, however, excessive noise can really disturb others and take away from their experience. Other Details to Note
You're on the top floor with nobody above you. The first and second floors are rented separately, so you may catch the occasional sound of neighbors coming and going, the way you would in any beach house. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are here for you to use as a courtesy. Give them a quick rinse before you bring them back. Bringing a bigger group? The whole house sleeps 12 and the two-floor Beach Escape sleeps 8. Ask us about availability.

The other units in the building (first and second floors) are rented separately and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Each has its own private entrance and parking. Self check-in via keyless entry. As the top-floor unit, there are no guests above you, though sounds may occasionally carry from the floors below — message us if anything feels excessive and we will make it right. Traveling with a larger group? The full house at 816 Ocean Ave sleeps 12. The Beach Escape combo (second and third floors) sleeps 8. Ask us about availability.
